The Last Supper

Tonight the kids and I had dinner over Grammy and Grampy's...
my last summer dinner...school starts tomorrow(for teachers)...boo! I am in total denial - it's 11:35 as I type this -I should be in bed! I'm going to miss these two little goobers!



I love the way Sophie is looking at Grampy in this one...
After dinner, Grammy and Grampy played matching with Parker. He's pretty good at it. Here he is finding the queens (I think)...
And here he is, very excited because he found a match! Cute

UG...off to bed...

Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

Sohpie is finally eating "real" food. She loves bananas and peaches! I know she looks a little stunned in this picture, but she really does like it! She tried to feed her self, but, as you can see in the next picture, she didn't have much luck!

If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too!They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!
