3 Different Directions

Today, Todd had to work, the kids went with Mem and Pep to the Hopkington Fair and I went to Portsmouth to play around with my new camera. I was very nervous about the kids being out of my site and so far away, but they had a great day. I will steal some pictures from Mem's camera the next time they come over.

Here are the kids just before they left - having breakfast. They are super hams!

And here is a sample of what I did today. I am a little disappointed with the pictures. I was there right at 1 when the sun is blaring and straight above so everything is washed out. Plus, I am self conscious of people wondering what I am up to... oh well...I still had a great, relaxing day. And the weather was beautiful!

I love this doorway - especially the red door and flowers. I plan on cropping it and getting rid of the ugly bush on the right...and left.

Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too!They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!
