New Link

Steph Reimers (FAY) has a website of their family...I've added a link under the one for Jess' Blog...Check it out...

Just Some Really Cute Kids

Sophie has started pretending she is talking on the phone. I'm guessing it's because Todd or Auntie are always on their phones...ya, that must be it! Anyway, it's too cute...
Maddie and Parker were playing with playdoh when Sophie got a hold of a container. She was holding it up to her mouth and yelling into it and Maddie and Parker started to copy her. Sophie thought was pretty funny and I thought it was cute that the other two would copy Soso!

Even though Sophia looks exhausted here I think she is so cute with her little bow in her hair.

Auntie Jessie, RJ and Abby came over to play today. I love this one of the two girls staring each other down.
Actually, I think Abby is the one staring Sophie down! Look at that attitude!

Now, Sophie is trying to call Abby.
How cute are the boys looking out the window! Abby was up there just before this picture was taken - you can see the top of her head at the bottom. When Todd got home from work he mowed the lawn. Parker was running from window to window trying to watch him. He was also yelling out the window, trying to get Todd's attention, which he never did. How cute.Sophie, however, was too exhausted to care!

Oops!

Duh! I completely forgot to post the pictures from Grampy's birthday...thanks for the reminder, mom! Anyway...here they are...

Mom brought dinner and dessert. We just had to host...gotta love that!

Parker helped blow out the candles.

Auntie's Pictures

Auntie emailed me some pictures she's taken - thanks Auntie!

Parker and Maddie at Elwood. And Sophie eating her very own apple! She loved it and screamed when Auntie took it away from her!

Here's Parker on the potty! He told Auntie he had to go pee and said he wanted to sit on the potty! This was the fifth time using the potty so he got to pick out a prize! We went to Walmart and he picked out a remote control VW Bus! Gotta love that! (don't think Todd will love this picture tho....it may disappear later...)

Not sure why Sophie was so upset (Parker says she pinched her finger, is that true Auntie?) but her face is priceless - she's so dramatic!

Thanks again Auntie!

elWood, not elMwood

Today, Auntie, Maddie, the kids and I went to Elwood Orchards (although Nicole thought it was called Elmwood, and got in trouble when she wrote that on her check...how dare she! !) Or is it Elmwood? Now I'm confused! Anyway...here are some pictures of the kids picking (and eating) apples.

We also got to go on a hay ride! Parker loved that he was riding on a wagon just like the tractor and wagon toy he has! We saw lots of corn and even bee hives/houses - whatever those things are called!

It was a really fun day. Of course this was Auntie Jessie's idea - she has all the fun ideas, but she couldn't make it - she's sick! Poor Auntie Jessie! Thanks for the good idea tho! Next time!

Track-a-ter

Todd took Parker on a "track-a-ter" (Parker's pronunciation) ride today. It was so cute. Parker was all business.

Actually, so was Todd...

Precious

Such a BIG Boy!

Parker got a "new" bike from our neighbor and took it for a spin today. It was so cute! He even agreed to wear the helmet so we allowed him to try taking it on the road. He loved it and made it all the way to the end of our street!

Mom's NOT Happy!

Today was a quiet day, but full of visitors all day long! Our day started with Uncle Jon coming over to help Todd cut down even more trees... hence the title: "Mom's not happy".

In the end, it doesn't look all that bad and it does allow more sunlight into the living room. Uncle Adam also came to visit, and watched the chopping action, with the kids, from the living room window.

Adam and the kids had a good time hanging out. Hugging, tickling, fixing and digging!

Later in the evening, Uncle B and Auntie C came over. We hung out and had Chinese for dinner!

Castle Park

Today, Grammy and I took the kids to a great park in Merrimack. Parker called it the "Castle Park" but I think it's actual name is "Kids Kove". It was really fun because it had all these little passageways and bouncy things. Parker had a blast! He still refused to try the slide even when his buddy, Andrew (we met him today), said, "I'll catch you so you won't be scared"! He was four! How precious! Here's a shot of the set up, tho I couldn't get it all in one shot! It's pretty big!If you click on this picture you can see a larger version of it and see Parker's little face poking out!
Here's Parker on the bucking bronco...

And Soso too... She looks like she may vomit tho!

And even though it looks like it, Parker wasn't actually pooping - believe it or not! But he posed like this for me. He even stayed posed until I turned the camera back on after accidently turning it off - he was so good and patient!
Parker pushing Soso on the swing...
Thanks for the fun outing Grammy!
I actually think maybe this playground was moved from the elementary school. I remember when we played softball against Merrimack in high school we would go over to the playground at the elementary school and play on this really big, wooden playground while waiting for the bus (such mature high schoolers, we were!). Well, we went to the elementary school first today and it wasn't there anymore. We just happened to see this one and stopped - looks familiar. Nicole, what do you think?? Is it even possible to move something like this? I just don't know!

Parker and Soso doing the Charleston!

and Jon

Mackenzie joins the fun in the pool.

And Jon...well, he's having the most fun!!

but, WAIT, is that REALLY Parker getting wet?? Will he ACTUALLY go in the pool??

He's getting wetter and wetter!

Here's Brittany swimming!

He DID IT! Parker had SO much fun in the pool - thanks Grammy! Every time Todd tried to get him out Parker said no! He went right in in his clothes and regular diaper! Wait until you see the next picture! YEAH PARKER!

Swimmie (sp?) diapers are a must!

Anthony LaPlante is a real party animal!

I love that Grammy and Sophie are making the same face!

I was very happy that Gabe and Kate made it over! They are having a SUPER good time!

What a precious picture of Sophie and her Auntie!

Brittany and Parker - he loves her!

Mackenzie was trying to get Parker's attention!

Little Jon is trying very hard to teach Sophie how to "high five". She almost got it!

Mackenzie and Sophie - buds! Sophie got very excited every time Mackenzie came by!

Parker was trying to feed Mackenzie all day - BJ got a good picture of Parker "red handed!" I think he's actually trying to steal hers here!

Mackenzie wants that pacifier. Pay attention Sophie!

UM? need I say more?

Parker got new leggos from Mem. He was tired after a long day of partying so he sat here and played for quite a while before bedtime!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAMMY! 7/06/07

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAMMY! 7/06/07
Parker and Grammy were hiding behind the still unemptied boxes, then popped up and sang "Happy Birthday to You!".

Grampy Bill and Grammy Jane joined the fun!

Grampy Bill and Grammy Jane joined the fun!
Sophie wanted to sing to Grammy too, but this is all she managed!

Harley

Harley
Parker modeled his Harley jacket for everyone. He then ran around the house pretending to be driving a Harley. He made everyone follow him at some point. Here's Grampy Billy being a good sport!

Brendan Visits

Brendan Visits
Brendan stopped by today and helped Parker decorate the driveway for Grammy's birthday!

Parker is sharing his chalk with Drunkle B, how sweet!

I'm sure Grammy will LOVE the drawing of the jeep!

We had a busy day!

We had a busy day!
THE TARRS ARE IN THE HOUSE!!

The kids had a great time despite the rain! Here David is giving Parker a picture he colored for him! How Sweet!

Sarah poses with Sophie! Sarah is a great babysitter! She got Parker to eat much more of his PB&J than I ever can! I told her she should come over every day at lunch!

Is Thomas sleeping? or playing dead? Whatever he's doing, Maddie and Parker are quite entertained!

I think they are up to no good!

Is that Teresa with a coffee?? couldn't be! YA RIGHT! We love our coffee don't we! I can't be too sure what David is doing, but I'm guessing he's singing the "Monkeys"!

There's Nicole tucked away in the background with her foot up - poor thing!

Sophie can do tricks too!

Sophie can do tricks too!
Gee...I wonder where she gets it?? Yes Nicole, her eyes are squinty too...haha!
PARKER AND SOPHIE ENJOY LUNCH TOGETHER!

7/5/07

7/5/07
Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

Now, he's shoveling it in!

Sohpie is finally eating "real" food. She loves bananas and peaches! I know she looks a little stunned in this picture, but she really does like it! She tried to feed her self, but, as you can see in the next picture, she didn't have much luck!

Um, it's upside down!

Um, it's upside down!

Haha, I'm so funny!

Haha, I'm so funny!

How precious!

How precious!
Sohpie was refusing to finish the peaches until Parker came along. He was so cute feeding her and she polished off the jar for him!

She's even eating from an empty spoon!

Lunch on the Front Porch

Lunch on the Front Porch
Parker and Maddie enjoying peanut butter and jelly on the new front porch! Doesn't Maddie look thrilled?!?!

Shifty eyed

I think this picture of Parker is too funny! It shows his suspicious side!

We Love Grammy!

What could be better than piling on top of grammy?

Sophie

Sophie
This is a picture of Sophie on the fourth of July! You can't really see the precious dress with the stars on the front but check out those eyes! And those big rosey cheeks! She's wearing her hair in a ponytail for the first time too!

Cowboy Parker

Cowboy Parker
Here is Parker on the Fourth too. He loves Grampy's "Cowboy Hat"! Wish I was doing something a bit more exciting in the background!

Cuddling!

Cuddling!
If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too! They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

More cuddling - in the condo in the lovely basement that Grampy finished! We do miss that playroom but not the couch - sorry Grammy!

Sophie and Mommy

Alright, so I took this picture myself!

Waiting for the train

Waiting for the train
Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!

Laurie Berkner

Laurie Berkner
Here's a picture on the train, minutes before Parker realized he could get up and walk around! Oh boy!

Do you think Parker will be swimming before the end of the summer?
