The Tractor that ALMOST was...

Todd mowed our lawn for the first time yesterday! I took these pictures from inside the house because I didn't want to embarrass him! Yes, he IS drinking a beer while mowing...but you should see the beer coozie (sp?) he bought later...real red neck! (see above!)



Shortly after these were taken he realized he needed gas, so he went to the gas station.

The tractor broke down. He fixed it, but it happened two more times after this! We may need to get a new one...for Todd's birthday perhaps?

While Todd was dealing with the tractor, Parker and I were preparing dinner. He was a big help!
But, then all hell broke loose, again, and Sophie started vomiting! We just can't win! Maybe in a few days we'll all be feeling better and able to just relax and play!

Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

Sohpie is finally eating "real" food. She loves bananas and peaches! I know she looks a little stunned in this picture, but she really does like it! She tried to feed her self, but, as you can see in the next picture, she didn't have much luck!

If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too!They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!
