There's Nothing Like an Impromptu Cookout

Uncle Adam and Auntie Stefanie decided to come up today and do a little swimming.

I'm pretty glad we can lure them with the pool and that they live so much closer now! As you can see in the next few pictures, Parker and Sophie are glad too!

As you can see, we had a cook out too. Thanks Grampy for the good idea! It was another chance to use the party lights under "Parker's Big Top"


Drunkle Boo-duh and Auntie Christine came by later, even though I tried very hard to hint that they weren't invited. (Just kidding Brendan, "Open Door" even for hats) As you can see, Drunkle B is always good for some entertainment.

Parker made a new friend today. We found him hopping in the sand box. Parker named the frog a very appropriate and creative name - Froggy!


These pictures are from earlier in the day, before the impromptu cookout. I just loved how Parker was sitting there coloring. Seconds after this picture, he accidentally rolled right off! I don't think he's ready for a big boy bed!

Here's Parker helping Todd clean up the branches from the birch tree Todd cut down. (Which I wasn't very happy about.) I don't think Parker was doing much to help tho...maybe he was the foreman??
