Play Time!

Parker and Sophie were so cute playing together in the playroom. Sophie loves the house now that we replaced the batteries and it makes noises! She especially likes opening and closing the door!

But she always stops to ham-it-up for the camera!

Here she is opening the door for Parker, who, by the way, says, "Thank-you Soso" each time - so sweet!

And this is how she repays him for being polite....

As you can see, he wasn't real happy about that!

But he decided to just chat with her through the window!

Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

Sohpie is finally eating "real" food. She loves bananas and peaches! I know she looks a little stunned in this picture, but she really does like it! She tried to feed her self, but, as you can see in the next picture, she didn't have much luck!

If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too!They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

More cuddling - in the condo in the lovely basement that Grampy finished! We do miss that playroom but not the couch - sorry Grammy!

Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!
