Lauryn's Wedding

My "Little Sister", Lauryn got married in June and we headed to Farmington/Rangeley Maine for the event! These photos are not in order...

On the way home we stopped in Portsmouth to visit the Albacore Submarine.

Not sure what was so exciting...

Here's Sophie trying to put her dress on, before I unbuttoned it... she walked around this for about ten minutes. She thought she was pretty funny! So did we!

And how about this look....

The inn we stayed in (after a bit of a dilemma at the first one - live band outside our window...not good!) had a HUGE jacuzzi tub. The four of us put on our bathing suits and went in. The kids thought it was the greatest thing, as you can see from Parker's thumbs up!

Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

Sohpie is finally eating "real" food. She loves bananas and peaches! I know she looks a little stunned in this picture, but she really does like it! She tried to feed her self, but, as you can see in the next picture, she didn't have much luck!

If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too!They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!
