HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

This first picture was taken a few days before Halloween. Parker and I carved his first pumpkin. His job was to clean out the junk on the inside, which he refused to do until the very end when there was hardly anything left! He was totally grossed out!
We had so much fun Trick or Treating! Parker was a dragon and Sophie was a bumblebee. Parker was so cute to watch. He got so excited at every house - ringing the doorbell, saying "Happy Halloween" and of course watching his pumpkin bag fill up!


We headed out about 7 because Todd was a little late getting home from work, but this was just fine with Parker. He got to spend the first hour handing out candy which he loved just as much as getting his own! He got so excited for the kids receiving the candy. Each time he gave them a handful he'd say "Wow!" or he'd describe exactly what he was giving them. There was only one kid he wouldn't give candy to and that was because he was afraid of his bloody mask!


Here is Parker going through his loot at the end of the night. His favorite treat was the matchbox car that our neighbor gave him! What a great idea! Sophie is showing off her candy too! She doesn't need to know she won't be able to eat it!
