The Big Sleep Over. (Second Try)

There were some issues with pictures not loading on my first attempt to share these, so here we go again...


These are pictures from the night and following morning that Auntie and Maddie stayed over. Let's start with the sleeping beauties...Followed by Maddie punching me...not a nice way to say thank you.Getting ready for bed - She's so weird!
The next morning, Todd got up extra early and got us breakfast - muffins and coffee - what a guy!Parker and Maddie had fun on the "bouncy" (as Parker called it) "blow up bed" (as Maddie called it).
And of course, no visit from Auntie would be complete without my poor kids having to endure another new hairdo. This one takes the cake for awful!As you can see, Sophie is psyched about it too!

Parker got new leggos from Mem. He was tired after a long day of partying so he sat here and played for quite a while before bedtime!

Parker had his own lunch but insisted on eating my noodles...love the slurping!

Sohpie is finally eating "real" food. She loves bananas and peaches! I know she looks a little stunned in this picture, but she really does like it! She tried to feed her self, but, as you can see in the next picture, she didn't have much luck!

If Parker wakes up kinda cranky (yes, it does happen!) Sophie can cheer him up without a problem! But he still needs his belly!?! She gets so excited to lay with him, too!They LOVE to cuddle together - it's really very sweet!

More cuddling - in the condo in the lovely basement that Grampy finished! We do miss that playroom but not the couch - sorry Grammy!

Nicole and I surprised the kids with tickets to the Laurie Berkner Band. At this point, watching for the train, they had no idea where we were going. This was our present to Parker for his birthday! He enjoyed the first few songs of the concert, but wanted to get right back on the train! He had so much fun staring out the window! His eyes went kind of crazy trying to watch the trees go by - it was really funny!
